Academic Preview
The Story
Both boys are very concentrated on their robot and paying close attention to it's success. I think that the story here is that the two boys are working together to make a successful robot. Both o their expressions are very serious and show that they are really concentrating on the task at hand.
Action & Emotion
Both action and emotion are being displayed. You see action in the picture in how they're passing the ball. You see the woman in grey showing mixed emotions while carrying the ball. The girl in the pink facing the camera on the left displays mixed emotion also.
Filling the Frame
The frame in the picture is being filled with the sparks and I think that is really interesting and unique.
My favorite photo I found in the 2012 winners was one of a woman whispering to man. The photo was titled 'Political Secrets', the background was blurred which helped make clear the main focus of the picture, being the woman whispering. She is the main focus of the picture because her face is the only one shown in the picture.
I picked the photo because I like the mystery about the picture. It makes you wonder what she was whispering about, and leaves you wanting to know more.

Finally - your next shoot will involve shooting academics, which means in classrooms around the campus.
1. Where do you think you could take photos like the ones you look at today?
I could find some cool shots in an art room, possibly a science room and other interactive classrooms.
2. Whose classroom would you like to visit and take photos in?
I would like to visit Ms.Shirak's room and take pictures
3. What will you do, as the photographer, to get amazing photos like you look at today?
I will try to think outside the box and come up with new fresh creative ideas to try out, different angles and don't let anything hold me back.
